I am a passionate global executive who brings an uncommon blend of sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain and real estate experience to my work. I’m driven to build something new, drive change and foster a team culture of excellence and trust.
I’ve had amazing opportunities to do transformational work in my career. The depth and breadth of my experience, gained first at IBM, followed by The Coca-Cola Company and Delta Air Lines gives me a strong foundation for now expanding my reach to helping other enterprises at Gensler.
Earlier, at The Coca-Cola Company, I built, led and scaled the Global Workplace function to over 100 countries, responsible for strategy through day to day operations of their global real estate office and R&D portfolio. Leading a 132-year-old company into the future of work was a challenge I signed up for in 2010, starting with a major initiative she led to reimagine and transform Coca-Cola’s world headquarter campus, which has been described as “industry-changing.”
I have seen first-hand how a great spaces spark innovation, drive customer loyalty, elevate employee engagement and ignite business growth. I continue to be awed by the power of the built environment.
I love to share my passion for why "space matters". As an avid public speaker, I look forward to opportunities to share my thoughts with corporate teams, at industry conferences and with student, civic and women’s groups.
